Ensure the location you set on the bot and app are the same. This will ensure that you receive the same posts on both platforms.
You will receive all posts made from the app to that area on the telegram bot. Should you wish to respond to a post, simply click “Open app to respond” to be redirected to the app.
Once in the Scratchbac App, go to the respective feed (either home or work) and use the search bar to key in a keyword or username from the post. Once you find the right post, simply press ‘chat’ to start messaging!
